LET YOUR INTENTIONS GUIDE YOU, NOT GUILT YOU.

The Aligned Autumn Challenge

3-months to shift from striving to aligning.
A guided journey designed for perfectionists who want to
reconnect with themselves, live more intentionally, and stay
accountable—without the shame spiral.

What if this autumn felt different?

Right now, your life might look something like this:

  • You set goals with the best intentions… but lose steam when they’re not followed effortlessly.

  • You over-plan, overthink, and overwhelm yourself before you even begin.

  • You rely on habit trackers and planners, but they just create more guilt when you “fall behind.”

  • You’re stuck in the shame spiral—self-criticism, judgment, avoidance.

  • You’re always performing, proving, and pushing harder… but never feeling like enough.

It’s exhausting, and it keeps you from fully living.

Now imagine instead:

  • Slowing down and still moving forward.

  • Feeling safe, supported, and seen.

  • Having accountability without guilt or pressure.

  • Rooting into what actually matters to you (not what you “should” do).

  • Showing up imperfectly, but consistently, and feeling proud of it.

  • Entering 2026 grounded, not burnt out.

This is what becomes possible when you follow-through on your intentions, and have support without pressure.

Why you’ve felt stuck (it’s not your fault)

If you’ve tried to live intentionally before and “failed,” it’s not because you’re lazy or broken.

It’s because you’ve been setting intentions without considering how easy it is to trigger perfectionism.

Perfectionism tells you that intentional living means:

  • Optimizing instead of connecting.

  • Fixing flaws instead of honouring needs.

  • Turning gentle guides into rigid expectations.

So instead of peace, you feel pressure. Instead of alignment, you feel guilt.

You don’t need more willpower or structure.

You need compassionate support that meets you where you are and helps you move forward, even when it’s messy.

The Transformation

Imagine if this autumn felt different. Instead of pushing harder, over-planning, or beating yourself up for not following through; what if you slowed down, showed up, and actually felt proud of yourself.

You wouldn’t be caught in the same perfectionist loop of “all or nothing.” You’d have a rhythm: simple practices that ground you, a safe space to share your progress (without comparison), and the self-trust to keep going even when it’s not perfect.

Picture this: You wake up and already feel calmer, because you know what actually matters today. You take small, meaningful steps and feel energized by them, not drained. You let go of regret about the past or anxiety about the future, and find yourself living more fully in the present. You stop worrying about how others perceive you, and start feeling aligned with what you value.

That’s what living intentionally does: it shifts how you feel in your life. It helps you show up authentically, create a sense of safety inside yourself, and reconnect with what truly matters.

And the community piece? That’s where it deepens. Perfectionism can be so isolating, it tricks us into thinking it’s just us. But in this group, you’ll belong. You’ll be celebrated for your wins (big or small), supported when you hit a block, and reminded you’re not alone.

As the world softens and lets go, you’re invited to do the same. This season is your chance to come back to yourself: slowly, gently, and on purpose.

This challenge isn’t about fixing yourself or hustling harder.

It’s about:

Following through without burning out

Feeling proud of imperfect progress

Building presence and self-trust that lasts beyond this season

Moving into winter grounded, instead of exhausted

  • You’ll have a community that celebrates progress, without expectation.

  • You’ll shift beliefs around productivity, worth, and success, so your intentions actually stick.

September is the real opportunity for a fresh start - you don’t need to wait for January’s resolutions.

Meet Maggie - Your Coach

I know what it feels like to have the best intentions, and still not be able to follow through.

For years, I was highly productive when there was external accountability: deadlines at work, projects I couldn’t let drop, people counting on me. But when it came to my own intentions, I struggled. Without someone keeping me on track, I burned out, filled my days with busy work, and realized I didn’t have much of a life outside my to-do list.

Perfectionism had me stuck in a cycle of over-planning, overthinking, and avoidance when I couldn’t keep up. My intentions always turned into pressure, and I constantly felt behind. I tried trackers, planners, and endless self-help books, only to feel more stuck and ashamed when they didn’t work.

And setting intentions in a different way - grounded in what I truly needed, not what I thought I should be doing - was a huge part of that. I began to build self-trust, celebrate small steps, and soften the critical perfectionist voice in my head. Everything shifted: I started following through, showing up for myself, and creating a life that finally felt like mine.

The turning point came when I learned how to stop letting perfectionism rule my life.

Now, as a certified life coach, I help other perfectionists do the same. My style is compassionate, practical, and non-judgmental - I don’t believe in shaming or “fixing” you. Instead, I help you uncover what’s already working and build from there.

I also know how lonely perfectionism can feel, which is why creating a safe, supportive community matters so much to me.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me journaling with a big mug of tea, biking through the countryside, or binging personal-development books.

I created the Aligned Autumn Challenge because I know how easily perfectionism can derail good intentions, and how much lighter life feels when you have support, structure, and compassion to carry you through.
