This journaling challenge is for you if: you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by just how many potential journaling prompts there are out there; you're uncertain what the right ones to use are; or you’re stuck starting (+ restarting) your habit over and over again. The format is simple: each day you will get an email with the prompt to answer. All you need to do is grab your journal, and answer (aka show up).
