HARVEST YOUR INTENTIONS

A FREE Workshop for perfectionists who want to live a more aligned life this autumn - so you can feel better without doing more.

Have you..?

✖ tried setting seasonal goals

✖ made the bucket lists

✖ told yourself this autumn will be different…

But instead of feeling present, you’re chasing “shoulds, holding yourself to impossible standards, and wondering why it all still feels heavy.

During the 60-min workshop:

You will set clear, meaningful intentions you actually want to follow through on.

I’ll teach a simple system to stay accountable without pressure.

  • set your intentions

  • create your action plan

  • leave with clarity and determination - you’ll experience the autumn you are craving

If you’re tired of setting goals that feel more like pressure than purpose.

If you crave a slower, softer rhythm- but still want support to follow through.

If you always save “Seasonal Bucket Lists” but don’t follow through.

This is for you.

What are intentions?

Intentions as guidelines to live your life by. Intentions focus on how you want to feel and what you would like to experience. They can look like “to-dos” but aren’t meant to be something to accomplish.

Intentions are different from goals — they’re about how you want to feel, not what you need to do.

Why are intentions important for perfectionists?

Perfectionists often live by fear, not intention. You avoid mistakes, overcommit to others, and end up feeling resentful, stuck, and constantly proving yourself.

Intentions help you break that cycle, defining what matters to you so you can stop performing and start living.

Welcome! I’m Maggie, a Certified Life & Wellness Coach.

I help high-achievers stop letting perfectionism rule their lives.

Intention setting is one of my favourite tools to teach clients, because they are so impactful. When I shifted expectations (hello, Seasonal Bucket Lists) to intentions, I started actually living my life. Feeling how you want to feel is what intentions are all about, it’s amazing to experience them in action.
