I did this exercise for only 10 mins before making our holiday plans this year and it made me look at it entirely differently. 

None of my family lives close by and driving across Toronto is one of my biggest nightmares - IYKYK 😭

Ughhh the biggest lie we tell ourselves... confidence will come.  Waiting is the smart thing to do... 

And I'm not talking about responsible waiting - maybe you want to feel "ready" before you become a brain surgeon...

When you don't have access to explanations (i.e. labels) then the default is often to assume there is something wrong with YOU. 

To be completely honest I think this is where a lot of my perfectionism actually stemmed from... I had undiagnosed ADHD
